This cake was a blast to put together and smelled SOOO good! It is a coconut flake cake. The cake is yellow cake with a hint of lemon and cream cheese frosting with a splash of coconut extract, and then I layered it extra thick on the outside, then covered it with fresh coconut flakes all over. I finished it off with some fresh flowers around it.
