This was my first zebra style cake and was for my sis for her birthday. It was lots of fun doing the stripes and I added some edible pearls to top it off.

Happy Birthday Nemo Cake
~this cake was for my dads birthday. Our whole family scuba dives, so I made this underwater cake for him, and it was a blast to create! Everything on the cake is edible, either frosting, icing, fondant or molding chocolate except for three of the fish and the crab on top which were toys! So much fun!

Coconut Birthday
This cake was a blast to put together and smelled SOOO good! It is a coconut flake cake. The cake is yellow cake with a hint of lemon and cream cheese frosting with a splash of coconut extract, and then I layered it extra thick on the outside, then covered it with fresh coconut flakes all over. I finished it off with some fresh flowers around it.

Happy 4th Freedom Cake
Our family had a lot to celebrate this year on the 4th of July, so I made this independance day cake out of chocolate fondant. The inside had red, white and blue icing alternating between the layers.
